Action Steps to Take
Step 1 – Start on the lower level (Mastery) and rate your business 0 - 10 (0 low - 10 high) in each of the 4 categories
Step 2 – Total up the mastery level and write the score on the left-hand side (your max score could be 40, don't worry if it’s not)
Step 3 – Repeat for the next 5 levels
Step 4 – Total up all your scores to give your business score (max can be 210, again, don't worry if it’s not there yet)
Step 5 – Starting at the Mastery and Niche level - prioritize any score below 5, then the scores below 7. This will give you a solid, prioritized list to work on.
Step 6 – Develop an action plan to move each of the prioritize boxes up one point.
